5. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase goods.

A contract is formed when we:

  • Dispatch the goods,

whichever occurs first.

Pricing Errors

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment

We do not store or process full payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect customer information

Large and Heavy Items

Many products sold by The Heat Cabin, including saunas, ice baths and wellness equipment, are large or heavy items.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Adequate vehicle access
  • Suitable doorways and access routes
  • Sufficient installation space
  • Any required permissions or site preparations

Delivery Access

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Access is unsuitable
  • Incorrect delivery details were supplied
  • The customer fails to attend an agreed delivery appointment
  • Safe delivery conditions do not exist

we may charge reasonable storage, redelivery or administration costs.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably possible and notify us of any visible transit damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery where practicable.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Installation Requirements

Unless expressly agreed in writing, delivery does not include:

  • Installation
  • Electrical work
  • Plumbing work
  • Building or structural work

Certain products must be installed by appropriately qualified professionals.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

  • The installation site is suitable

  • Appropriate electrical and/or plumbing connections are available where required

The Heat Cabin accepts no responsibility for faults, damage or safety issues arising from incorrect installation.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under:

  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
  • Any other applicable consumer protection legislation

Consumers may have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within statutory cancellation periods.

You may also:

  • Cancel eligible orders before dispatch
  • Return eligible items in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy
  • Request repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 3-10 business days following approval.
